Payment Policy In Clinic we accept Cash, Interac Debit, or e-Transfer as a method of payment. For online sales purchases through our new Fullscript store we are now also accepting credit cards. Online Sales The MNM Store orders are now processed and shipped by our partner Fullscript. MNM has low overhead costs so signing on directly through store.mnm.ca allows us to offer a generous 15% discount to our clients. The online store carries the same carefully selected products used in practice at Mardian Natural Medicine. The Professional remedies are meant for clients who have been assessed by our Naturopathic Doctor or another health care practitioner. By creating an account you confirm that you understand the remedy and that it has been recommended to you by a practitioner. Exchange Policy Returns and order questions can be handled by emailing support@fullscript.com Product or medical questions are answered in clinic or by phone/email directly at MNM. Late or Missed Appointment Fees Once you have received your reminder notification, or confirmed your appointment, the time allocated by your practitioner is exclusively reserved for you. We require three of business days (Monday-Friday) notification to Cancel or Re-book an appointment or a service charge will apply.
